Returns/Refunds
Please contact us with your order number within 30 days of receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable), and we will provide detailed return instructions. We only accept one-time exchanges. Returns without prior communication will not be accepted.
Returns will be refunded to your original form of payment. If the payment was made using a credit/debit card or bank account, please note that there may be a processing time of up to 10 days to complete the credit transaction with your bank before you see the issued credit.
Customers are responsible for all fees involved in returning items. Return packages remain the customer's responsibility until received by our team. Therefore, we recommend using registered and traceable services when returning packages to ensure they reach us safely.
